Very appealing and cute character design! You should research some more character design tutorials, beacuse from what I've seen you sorta use the same basic body silhouette in your pieces (which in no way is a bad thing, I dont assume you should be drawing like mona lisa or some stuff) so use more fun shapes when making new characters!

His design in Newgrounds Rumble DOES rule. Hes my favorite NG Character. You pretty much nailed the FNF artstyle with some stuff that just kinda looks off, but overall... I like it!

There is room for improvement, I think some of the limb placement is kinda wack, but you do have a sense of making characters cute! But I do recommend to maybe change the background to a solid colour so Steve isn't blending into it?
