Well, I think the lines are pretty nice looking. Here's a tip! If you select your drawing and press ctrl+ (+) you can enlarge your drawing and make it not fuzzy!
This is very nice! But I do feel there's room for improvement and I believe you can become a very good artist if you study up some anatomy, or even study how your favourite artists do things!

You should look up Pixel art tutorials by Mort Mort, they really help out with starting out with pixel art and its sure that if you practice you'll become real good at it.
Very nice, but you should study up on some foreshortening, cause his hand would be definitely larger if it was pointing at the hypothetical camera
