It's of very high quality once again! My only complaint would be the perspective ( you should look up some foreshortening tricks and tips) and the hand is kinda messed up, but other than that this is of very high quality!

Very nice colours on this one! Looks sick! love how you drew rayman, and the character on the bottom really fits in within the Rayman universe!

I like the green rim lighting on this! The Mask was a really fun movie and i always found the actual masks design appealing? like the quirky expression and that big ol' shnozz, good stuff good stuff

You should try a little tip about MS Paint! You can go to properties and change the colours to black and white, and use the brush tool to have a little textured pixel brush, and then switch it back to colour to add some good colours! This piece is good but it does have the little white squares due to the texturing of the normal brush tool, the colours could be a little adjusted too, you should look up some colour theory stuff and learn how to make some awesome colour combos!
